Hand crank support bracket

Last week Dave Marshall sent out a picture of a bracket that helps hold the hand crank in place under the bottom shroud of the radiator grill.Joe Asuchak says that bracket gets threaded into the pipe that goes from side to side of the car chassis.I have taken a picture of the pipe and a stick pointing to the hole in the pipe.
