Master Cylinder

From Mark:Joe A took these pictures of how his master cylinder filler works .This is the inside of the cover plate and he had to take a torch to remove the threaded part below .He said there is a release valve with rubber that has fallen apart . The spring was under the metal cap with the hex on it pushing down on the release valve .Do you know where to get the interior parts ?
