Instrument Panel/Dashboard Removal

In case anybody's interested;
The panel is held in on the bottom by bolts on the inside, at the side, attaching to the L&R front pillars. And to the steering column. 

Then the windshield must be removed, it is held in by screws at the top on the inside, the windshield then pulls out and up to the outside.
There are no screws on the bottom.

This then exposes more screws on the outside that go through the body metal into the top of the instrument panel into some floating nut plates. 
Once these are removed the panel pulls right out....:)
