Kingpins

Here is some shots and comments on the Royale & Flying Cloud Kingpin removal from John Phillips 
Royale (and likely Flying Cloud) Kingpins removal. 
Basically there are screw in hex caps top & bottom to remove.
Then there is a tapered horizontal bolt anchor pin that must be removed, pound from the threaded end. 
Then the kingpin is pounded out the bottom.
