Here is the wood door sill piece I made to replace the rotted driver side . I also replaced the passenger side which was in worse shape than the driver . I did one side at a time so I could reference dimensions and how parts were mounted . Thanks , Mark

Mark, I was wondering how much work you were doing versus a professional shop? I can see the bills adding up quickly if all this great work is being done at 65/hr.

Update. Mark passed away last year and his car was previously sold to a fellow Royale owner. Perhaps we can get some updates on the progress from the new owner.
