8-35 Convertible Coupes
Here is a thread for discussion of the Convertible Coupes. I believe there are 10 or 12 known examples left?

I'm wondering where the green car is now? I really like the colors.

Here is a factory photo.
I have heard there are around 8 of them, but really have no idea. Here are some more pics, taken from the internet. By the way, the pic of the green convertible was taken from an old book, so I don't know if it may have been redone in other colors later.
A few more...
And finally, an old pic... so, A.J.,you may be right and there might be 10 - 12, considering a few may be lurking around or waiting to be restored.
Nice exercise. Perhaps we should do it for the other body styles too!

Victor, great minds think alike. I was going to start a thread for each body style. How many total cars are still around? I can think of as many as a few dozen off the top of my head that I have seen over the years. We need to find those owners and recruit them to our forum.
No idea how many are still around. I will place one pic of each car that I may have pics of in the site, on a particular thread for each body style... let's how much help in new additions we get.
As for convertible coupes, I know of no more.

Per Matt Haywood on the AACA forum the Purple with chrome wheels car is now the silver one.

So who can tell me the story on this beauty?

Is that Jim driving?

John, you need to log into the forum in order to blow up the picture. You are posting as a guest which does not give you the same privileges. The login is in the upper right hand corner.

This is the all silver car now silver and black owned by Calvin High at Hershey on Sat. I did not stay for the show but a friend did and sent me this and Keith's car.

I think it was plum, then silver, now silver and black. Victor can confirm.
From what I understand, the following 3 cars are the same one...

From Tim via Mark.

From October 1931 Automobile Topics.
Interesting pic, thanks for posting it!

From the Hershey AACA Fall meet courtesy of an AACA member.

Photo courtesy of AMC VP John Conde who had an original collection of Reo memorabilia and brought to us via Chuck Stebbins and Harley Goff

Note the show only emblem between the headlights.
Never noticed than emblem between the headlights before! So, it was a show thing?
Curious mind wants to know...

Jim sold his car to Carl. Here is a picture Carl sent me.

This is from Carl:
This is a photo Harley Goff sent me, taken in 1931 at a car show, maybe New York or Paris he thinks. It was in black and white. I had a lady colorize it, using the blue colors of my car. I also had her colorize a picture of a ’29 Flying Cloud. Her work is usually quite good, depending on the colors wanted and the original photo. In addition to her colorizing that print I also had another fellow superimpose it on a nice colored background, as the original was all white. If anyone is interested in having them do any work let me know and I can send contact info. Carl Eidsness class="rs-hashtag-link"

Bill Barker's former convertible coupe. I visited him in Idaho and took these pictures. The car is now in Ohio.

Posted this one in the Pebble Beach thread also.

John's car.
